When through *** to get short term disability always needed more paper work and now has turned into Long Term need more paperwork. Almost a month and a half with no income.

I've been lied so much I lost count. Forms have been filled out 9 times E-mailed,Fax, and mailed, never what they needed. They needed medical records never requested them from doctors. Contacted the state insurance board they lied to them but did back pay after 6 weeks has turned over to long term started all over again.

Customer Service will tell you anything they think you want to hear or the company line.
