I am disabled on SSD, due to the cost of my medications, hospital and radiology cost my insurance policy was cancelled. From 2008 - ****. I was with Mutural of Omaha medicare suppliment. In 2014 they cancelled my policy for missing one month payment. In 2014 a relative passed away, needed money to pay her bills. I called Mutual of Omaha 1-87*-617-**** to ask if I could skip one month due to the circumstances, Customer services and Billing department said yes no problem considering it's only one month. The following month I sent two months payment only to find out my policy had been cancelled. I called and was told due to missing one month payment they had to cancelled me. I have been trying to date to get a denial letter everytime I call they tell me they sent one. I never received a denial letter. Recently, I spoke with Donna a supervisor she said "she would send me a letter of denial letter" to date no letter. There is more to what this company has done to me. My health has been affected, I can no longer do this by myself. If you can not help me please advised me who can.
