Why can't I unsubscribe from United of Omaha Insurance mailings. I have emailed them several times using the 'unsubscribe' system provided by the company that handles that and nothing seems to work.

I keep getting theses God awful mailings. I've had to shred hundreds of pages of unsolicited mail from this company that I do not need nor want. I would never ever contract for insurance using the mail. If I can sit down with an agent face-to-face then I won't buy a policy.

Especially an insurance policy. Please get these people off my back.

I have enough things to do with my time than to deal with them!!!

Reason of review: unsubscribing mail.

Mutual Of Omaha Cons: It is a headache.

Location: Wichita, Kansas

I get these JUNK mailings and I do NOT even have their insurance. I canceled once I saw that they do this.

I never paid for their premium. I DO NOT THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO "PAY" to get REMOVED from these MAILINGS.

I will see what BBB thinks. This is the WORSE company on the planet!!!!!!!!

Do people actually wondering why they're get them jinks mail is that post office sells your names and addresses to people who want your businesses...If you use change of address be sure you write on that form saying do not sell my name and address...If not work? Put a freeze on them....

Because omaha insurance has excess money to waste by sending hundreds...yes that many, pieces of mail adverts to me, I have NO respect or trust for them. Wasteful and greedy.

I have the same problem. About 18 months ago I obtained information from a lot of companies and finally went with NY Life through AARP.

Since then, I've receive about 2 mailings per week, sometimes more. This is as bad as robocalls.

I wonder what it costs to repeatedly send out several-pages mailings so often, multiplied by thousands! I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB, as it the past they've done well and the company is notified and must provide an answer.

I wouldn't shred anything. Just take ALL this junk mail, stick it in a big envelope and mail it to them with no return address and no postage. I cross out all the info, but leave my name on it.
