I have been paying premiums for over 2 years and they are supposed to pay on your well check (this is a cancer policy) like your mamogram. well its been a year and they havent paid on my last mammogram and every time i call they say they dont have the proper paper work and ask for other things. I think this should be cut and dried I had a mammogram they are supposed to cover it. Bottom line. I agree with the customer before me they are rude and they dont pay. I will be contactin mutual of omaha and cancelling my policy. 12914e4
